RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily exchange goods or issue a refund to the original credit card used to purchase, or other method of payment originally used, of any unopened merchandise bought on www.elementarybeauty.com and returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.
You have 14 days from delivery, to notify us of your intention to return the goods for an exchange or refund. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, unused and saleable condition, for hygiene reasons.

ORDERS
Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the full order details but without the confidential card details. The price will be displayed in Pounds Sterling, the same price as you agreed when you ordered from this web site. Your card provider will calculate currency rates in real time, that figure will not change even if there has been a rate change in the meantime. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy which is to make an immediate full refund to the customer with no questions asked.
