DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE TRACKED DELIVERY* on all orders to the UK over £35.00 - *standard delivery speed is 48hrs and depends on customer location.

We normally expect to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like annual sales or Christmas, we may take up to 3 days to process some orders due to the high volumes.

CUT-OFF TIME 1pm - UPDATED 28/09/2022

Orders placed Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched same day when placed before 1pm, except periods mentioned above.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched next working day. *

*Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays, will be dispatched next working day, usually Monday, excludes bank holidays.

ROYAL MAIL SERVICE UPDATE - INDUSTRIAL ACTION SEP/OCT/NOV 2022

Services during Industrial Action

The Royal Mail Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates:

  • Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
  • Thursday 13th October 2022
  • Thursday 20th October 2022
  • Tuesday 25th October 2022
  • Monday 28th November 2022

Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:

  • Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November and 1st December 2022
  • Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November and 2nd December 2022
  • Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 30th November 2022

We’re really sorry for the disruption that this strike action is likely to cause to you. We want to reassure you we will do everything we can to minimise the impact and get orders delivered as quickly as possible.

We'll change our cut-off times to later around disrupted days, reduce times for order turnover and will be doing what we can to keep services running smoothly, but unfortunately customers should expect some level of delay. 

On days when strike action is taking place: 

  • Royal will deliver as many Special Delivery and Tracked24 parcels as possible 
  • If you need your order urgently please let us know via order message and we'll do our best but expect orders to take an extra day or two to arrive and please note: THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTED DELIVERIES ON THE ABOVE DATES PLUS 2-3 DAYS AFTER EACH DISRUPTED DAY. 

Normal deliveries and collections should take place throughout the UK after these dates. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) – normally takes 2-3 working days according to Royal Mail timescale.

Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) – usually next day delivery, but no guarantees are offered on this service and occasionally Royal Mail have delays processing and it may take up to 2 working days. *

Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1pm (Royal Mail) – arrives by 1pm next working day (For Saturday Special Delivery please call our customer service team to discuss best options).

Royal Mail: Next day Royal Mail delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut-off time. If you live in areas of the United Kingdom such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands please expect the usual delays. Royal mail will send you an update either via email or text message when your parcel is out for delivery and include your tracking number, (if you enter a mobile at the time of your order, this will be defaulted as preferred method, please let us know otherwise).

UPS or TNT Next Day Delivery: Only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut off time. Not available to the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Important: Please enter a telephone number if you chose courier delivery. If no telephone number is given your order will be sent via another delivery method where a telephone number is not required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping to IRELAND and PORTUGAL with taxes included. 

Price displayed at the checkout page is inclusive of custom and duties, so there's nothing else to pay before delivery to Ireland and Portugal. 

We'll be extending this to other European countries soon. 

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily exchange goods or issue a refund to the original credit card used to purchase, or other method of payment originally used, of any unopened merchandise bought on www.elementarybeauty.com and returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

You have 14 days from delivery, to notify us of your intention to return the goods for an exchange or refund. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, unused and saleable condition, for hygiene reasons.

Please note: If you choose the Royal Mail delivery service we are unable to track the status of your order and therefore we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We recommend that you select a Courier delivery or Royal Mail tracked so that we can track your order and provide the best possible customer service.
