DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE TRACKED DELIVERY* on all orders to the UK over £30.00 - *standard delivery speed is 48hrs and depends on customer location.

We normally expect to dispatch orders between 24 to 48hrs, however in the run up to really busy periods like annual sales or Christmas, we may take up to 3 days to process some orders due to the high volumes.

*Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays, will be dispatched next working day, usually Monday, excludes bank holidays.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) – normally takes 2-3 working days according to Royal Mail timescale.

Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) – usually next day delivery, but no guarantees are offered on this service and occasionally Royal Mail have delays processing and it may take up to 2 working days. *

Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1pm (Royal Mail) – arrives by 1pm next working day (For Saturday Special Delivery please call our customer service team to discuss best options).

Royal Mail: Next day Royal Mail delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut-off time. If you live in areas of the United Kingdom such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands please expect the usual delays. Royal mail will send you an update either via email or text message when your parcel is out for delivery and include your tracking number, (if you enter a mobile at the time of your order, this will be defaulted as preferred method, please let us know otherwise).

UPS or TNT Next Day Delivery: Only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut off time. Not available to the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Important: Please enter a telephone number if you chose courier delivery. If no telephone number is given your order will be sent via another delivery method where a telephone number is not required.

Changes to Royal Mail next day delivery speed standards to Jersey (JE) ONLY. 

From 7 August 2023, Royal Mail has updated the delivery speed exclusions in their Terms and Conditions for Parcel and Letter services to include JE postcodes (JE1-4).

The following products will be impacted:

Special Delivery Guaranteed
Royal Mail 24
First Class (Account)
Advertising Mail
Partially Addressed
Business Mail
Subscription Mail

For the avoidance of doubt this means for Special Delivery Guaranteed there will no longer be a next day guaranteed service to JE postcodes (JE1-4). 

All parcels will take a minimum of 2 days to arrive following the application of order cut off time.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WE SHIP TO IRELAND with taxes included 

We have partnered with Royal Mail to send parcels via DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to Ireland. This service allows us to calculate and collect at the checkout VAT at the local rate of 23%.  This will help to avoid unexpected charges and delivery delays to the recipient, improving the overall customer experience. Please note that the maximum amount allowed for this service is currently £130 inclusive of VAT. If you wish to place an order over £130 please contact our Customer Service and they'll guide you to choose the most cost effective method as duties are also charged on orders over this amount.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 

For all other countries listed at checkout, orders are exclusive of tax and duties and will be charged accordingly by the local customs when the order arrives on your country. Orders are generally sent via Royal Mail but can be also sent via courier at our discretion. 

If your country is not listed at checkout unfortunately we cannot ship to that destination at present.  

 

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily exchange goods or issue a refund to the original credit card used to purchase, or other method of payment originally used, of any unopened merchandise bought on www.elementarybeauty.com and returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

You have 14 days from delivery, to notify us of your intention to return the goods for an exchange or refund. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, unused and saleable condition, for hygiene reasons.

Please note: If you choose the Royal Mail delivery service we are unable to track the status of your order and therefore we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We recommend that you select a Courier delivery or Royal Mail tracked so that we can track your order and provide the best possible customer service.
